Following from the Age UK Essex “Later Life Planning” Conferences we are delivering workshops aimed at promoting supported decision making and empowering individuals to manage their future better.

In this workshop you will:

• Learn how to avoid the stresses and frustration of trying to manage the changes yourself and getting little or no results.
• Learn where to start in crafting powerful designs that attracts fulfillment and joy in your later years.
• Learn the 5 key steps to building your lifestyle design so you can quickly build your own graceful, purposeful and joyful life.

The workshops will be interactive with the opportunity for discussion and to link what the “Later Life Planning” actually means in the context of designing your life on purpose rather than default.
